FAQs

What kind of budget do I need for a speaker? What if I have a limited budget?

We will work with you to find you a speaker that best fits your needs, at a price you can afford. Keynote speaker fees generally start at $5,000 and up. In general, the fee for a professional speaker will vary based on experience, skill, reputation, and notoriety of the speaker, the location of the event, and the size and type of audience that you will have.

How are speaker fees set?

Speaker fees are set by each of the speakers, based on years of experience, time spent on preparation, and the type of talk desired.  Fees will be different for a keynote presentation, personalized workshop, corporate advisory role, etc.

How do I choose the “right” speaker for my event? What topics do the speakers cover?

Our speakers can cover a wide range of topics including, but not limited to virtual and augmented reality, Web3, sustainability, corporate governance, creative design, UX, music and entertainment, avatar, emerging tech, corporate development, diversity and inclusion, women in tech, robotics, space, defense and aerospace, creativity, analytics and more.  If you have a specific topic in mind, please reach out and we can direct you to the most applicable speaker.

Can you provide referrals?

Absolutely. Just ask!

How can we start working together?

We help you choose by first getting a basic understanding of your organization and its needs, your budget, and the theme and message you need to be communicated to your audience.  We will then work with you to choose the right speaker(s) for your event based on your goals.  Our speakers and team have decades of experience in knowing what looks amazing on stage! Please get in touch if you have any specific questions.

Can I meet with the speaker before I make a decision?

Yes!  We are happy to coordinate a meeting with the speaker prior to booking should schedules allow.  We also have great videos and referrals we can provide to help you make your decision easier.

If I book a speaker, are they available for “more” on-site?

Our speakers love events and making new connections.  They are happy to attend the event they are speaking at and are interested in hearing more about VIP activations, dinners, media opportunities, and other speaking engagements that might interest them.  Let us know what you have in mind and what is available.

Is a keynote the same cost as a panel?

Generally, yes. Since each speaker sets their own fee, fees vary from speaker to speaker. Some have a flat cost, others will have a 1-hour (keynote), half-day, and full-day cost.  Let us know what you have in mind and we will work with you to determine what the costs are.

What happens if my speaker cancels?

Fortunately, cancellations rarely happen. If they ever do, we will work with you to make sure that you are happy.

Can we make audio or video recordings of the speaker and his or her content at the event?

Our speakers would love to have a copy of the recordings from the event.  They are happy to review your terms and conditions about the use of the videos and generally will ask to use it on their own sites as well.  Let’s discuss it!

What should be in the contract?

We will guide you through the process of what should be in your contract starts when we start working together.

What else do I need to include in the speaker’s budget?

When you’re budgeting, plan for the speaker’s travel expenses. The speaker’s expenses, such as travel, hotel accommodations, and transfers, are usually considered additional to the speaker’s fee.

How far ahead should we book a speaker?

Planning takes time, and speakers booked way in advance help to market your event, so the more time, the better. We recognize that things pop up at the last minute. Reach out and we will help you to book your speaker at any point of the process.

I would love to book more than one speaker for a corporate workshop/training.  How does that work?

Our speakers aren’t just available for events.  They have a wealth of experience in working with corporations as consultants, advisors and providing internal company workshops.  This group also often works together, so let us know if you would like to book 2 or more of the group and we will build a program that is perfect for you.  They love doing work together!

We want to learn how to incorporate emerging technologies into our business.  Can your experts assist in that?

YES!  This is where this group truly shines.  Our speakers have decades of experience in working with companies to help develop and design their strategies in the emerging tech markets.  From Metaverse to AI to robotics to space - planning and strategic assessment are where this group shines.
